The small and tranquil village of Vang Vieng is famous for the beautiful scenery and becomes a new destination for travelers who love eco tourism and seek a peaceful place to relax during days off. You enjoy a boat trip along the Nam Song River and explore some hidden caves.
The small and tranquil village of Vang Vieng is famous for the beautiful scenery and becomes a new destination for travelers who love eco tourism and seek a peaceful place to relax during days off. Today we depart hotel at 7h30 and drive along the road No 13 pas the breathtaking mountain landscape, stopping en route at the fishery village of Ban Mo. Upon arrival in Vang Vieng we enjoy a short boat trip along the Nam Song River to the famous cave of Tham Jang which was once used by local people as a hideout from Chinese invaders. We visit this grotto and enjoy a wonderful view across the valley of Nam Song River to the beautiful panorama of Vang Vieng Town. We continue to the biology plantation and the Lao Lum village of Ban Pha Tang . By mid afternoon we drive back to Vientiane with stop over at the Hmong village and the archeological sight of Vang Xang. The trip ends on arrival at hotel. (L)
